This is such a wonderful activity, but best suited to over 8 yr olds.
Artifical flowers and foliages are wired together and then placed onto the base wire and wrapped in florist tape to secure. When they have reached the desired length matching ribbons are tied on and these hold the crown firmly in place.
Such fun to wear and look very sweetly hanging over a mirror or door.
