Please complete the form below for a party quote. We have multiple craft options, catering (please see attachment for further details), face painting and costume hire options.
Party Pricing & Inclusions:
- Venue Hire $140.00- required for all parties. Includes room theme set up, catering set up and cleaning. Drinks for children and tea/coffee for parents.
- Also includes photos inside floral frame, bubble blowing and gift for party child.
- Periwinkle staff will be on hand to host and run the party.
- Birthday Cake BYO - or we can arrange with catering
- Catering - please see pricing doc below or BYO
- Craft - options range from $13-25.00
- If you have a specific craft request please discuss it with us.
- Face Painting $7 per child
- Costume Hire $5 per child
Catering Options:

- Any allergies or health issues need to be advised 10 days prior to the party
Party Terms & Conditions:
NB: If the party is cancelled due to to Covid from the client, then a credit will be issued to run the party at a later date to suit.
If the party is cancelled due to Periwinkle needing to isolate, a credit will be issued to run the party at a later date.
- Please use form below and a confirmed quote will be emailed to you
- $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking
- 10 days prior to party numbers and catering are to be confirmed
- Full payment is required 7 days prior to the party
- Deposit is non refundable for cancellation within 28 days of event
- Cancellations within 3 days of the event will incur full payment
- Damage to costumes or event props will be charged
